A model, not a forecast. It assumes each customer pays the initial fee once and stays the full period; cancellations, price changes and seasonality will move the real numbers. We never promise a number of new customers.

Once you know the number, compare lead sources by cost per signed plan on the pest control leads page, or see the package prices.

FAQ

About customer value

How do I work out the lifetime value of a pest control customer?

Add the initial service fee to the yearly revenue (visits per year times price per visit, plus add-ons) multiplied by the number of years a customer usually stays. Multiply by your gross margin for the profit side. Use your own retention from your customer records, not an industry guess.

Why does customer value matter for SEO?

It tells you what you can afford to spend to win a customer. A company that keeps customers for years can pay far more per new plan than one selling one-off treatments, and still come out well ahead.
