Terms of service

Using pestcontrolseo.company or buying a service from Pest Control SEO Company means you accept these terms. "We" means Pest Control SEO Company; "you" means the business buying or the person using the site.

1. How an order works

Sending the start-service form asks us for a package; it doesn't charge you or commit you. We review your website and service area, then email a secure payment link. The service begins once that link is paid. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones on the pricing page on the day you send the request.

2. Monthly and one-time billing

Monthly packages renew every month and have no minimum term. Cancel by emailing support@pestcontrolseo.company before your next billing date and no further month is charged or worked. A one-time campaign covers one round of the package's listed deliverables.

3. Deliverables and reporting

Each package lists what it includes and when the first links go live. Every month we report the links built, with their URLs, target pages and anchor text. If a reported link stops loading while your plan is active, let us know and we will look into a replacement.

4. Results

Google and other search engines decide rankings and change their systems often. We don't guarantee any ranking, map position, traffic, number of calls, leads, customers or revenue. Case studies and testimonials on this site describe other businesses in other trades and markets; they show what happened there, not what will happen for you.

5. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and only share content, photos and account access you have the right to share. Your pest control licensing, pesticide use and advertising claims remain your responsibility under federal, state and local rules. You decide what access we have to your website and Business Profile and can remove it whenever you like.

6. Who owns what

Your domain, website, Business Profile, customer data and the content we write for you (once paid for) are yours.

7. Free tools and articles

The calculators, planner and blog posts give general information. They are not legal, financial or pest management advice, and calculator output depends on the numbers you enter.

8. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim about our services is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

9. Updates

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and a revision never changes a period you have already paid for.
