This policy covers pestcontrolseo.company, run by Pest Control SEO Company. In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you, and we don't sell it or use tracking tools.

Information you give us

The contact form, the free search audit and the start-service form ask for your name, email address and, depending on the form, your company, website, towns, services and a message. We use these details to reply, to prepare the audit or quote you asked for, and to send a payment link if you request a package.

Services that process it for us

• Brevo sends the email notification of your request to our inbox and the confirmation email to you. Your name and email are also kept in a Brevo contact list for this site, so a request is never lost if an email fails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person and not a bot. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals for that check. Cloudflare also routes email sent to our address.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we don't do

No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site, and we don't set marketing cookies. We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't add you to a newsletter. The calculators run in your browser; nothing you enter in them is sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be removed from the contact list, email support@pestcontrolseo.company. We reply within one business day and act on deletion requests promptly. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have further rights under local law, and we honor them.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
